On September 5, 2021, Swiss television broadcaster SRF aired a report in its main daily news show Tagesschau about a naming dispute concerning TX Group AG. Background is that the Swiss Central Business Name Index has registered two different trading companies with the same business name. TX Group AG from Rapperswil was registered in the commercial register one day before TX Group AG from Zurich. The case has a media law background.
